Allegria Village is looking for a (LPN) Wellness Director to join their Assisted Living team!

Pay: $80k

Must have at least 1 years DON or ADON experience (shown on resume) 

Some duties to include:

• Directing the nursing program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary
• Overseeing hiring, firing, and development of nursing staff
• Assist with the development and leadership of the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)with case management of both Medicare and non-Medicare residents as needed
• Review updates and notates in the 24-hour report and daily log pertinent resident and community information
• Conducts effective visits/rounds at a minimum twice a day: conducts visits/rounds with physicians as necessary
• Communicating with families and residents
